Arzeit is the film production company of Alcaeus Spyrou, a filmmaker with a focus on creative documentaries, portraiture and commercial image-making, working across direction, camera and montage. Projects range from cultural documentation and commercial commissions to brand films and music videos. Independent documentaries have been translated into fourteen languages; his work has shown at the Thessaloniki International Film Festival, Bloomberg New Contemporaries, Mondriaan Prospects & Rencontres Internationales Paris/Berlin, among others. He holds an MA in Artistic Research from the Royal Academy of Art, The Hague.
